Mission:
Member of the IT Onsite Support team, you will be in charge of IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes) and you will provide second line of support for all the company's users in Geneva, including VIP and Trading room,
covering from 07h30 to 18h30.
Main responsibilities :
IMACs (installation, moves, additions and changes) for all Geneva buildings: workstations, laptops, ThinClient Terminal, and other equipment (desk phones, corporate mobiles, screens, software, printers)
2nd level of support, for all incidents that the Service Desk (level1) is not able to resolve
VIP Support (1st & 2nd level support).
Trading room support
Asset management including configuration management and workstations replacement based on end-to-end lifecycle and replacement roadmap.
Software Management and governance.
Administration tasks: inventory control, new joiner / leaver follow-up,...
Mobile telephony Management and Support.
Video Conference Support and Meeting Support.
Multi-Function Printers & small Printers Management and Support.
Education :
Excellent Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Office 365)
Microsoft Operating System Certification(s) will be an asset
Expertise on Excel (and Access, VS,...) is a plus
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
BMC Remedy tool (Helpdesk Incident management tool)
Cisco Jabber
Citrix and VDI environment
Knowledge of, Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, Networking
Knowledge on Mobility: iOS and iPhone, iPad
Experience :
2 to 5 years' experience in PC support, Help Desk or IS Customer Service area. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
