For one of our prestigious clients, a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist Distribution and Logistic to join them in their office near Lausanne area. This is position is to start ASAP.   The Supply Chain Specialist provides support to manage the daily business activities needed to maintain an efficient and on-time supply chain across the European region as well as other geographies.     RESPONSABILITIES   §  Main contact person for processing products returns from third parties Logistics §  Main contact for commercial distributors purchasing products §  Main contact for managing the samples process across their markets. §  Main contact for API/britestock CMOs logistics operations. §  Responsible for monthly invoices from 3PLs and validate their approvals. §  Support the donation process across EU markets. §  Provides general support to the Supply Chain operations in Europe. §  Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics. §  Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines.   Your profile: §  Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, mechanical engineering or equivalent. §  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain in an international environment §  Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus. §  Strong analytical, organizational and execution skills. §  Knowledge or experience in GMP/GDP industry processes and regulations desired. §  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. §  Strong interpersonal skills to work both with internal and external partners. §  Experience in working with an ERP desired. SAP a plus. §  Proficiency while working with Microsoft applications. §  English fluency written and spoken (the company language). French a plus. §  Ability to work in a small sized business environment in a highly regulated compliance setting. §  Strong commitment to business ethics.

Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans les dispositifs médicaux et en forte croissance depuis plusieurs années recherche actuellement un technicien analytique afin de renforcer son équipe située dans les alentours de Lausanne.   VOS MISSIONS : -          Participer aux analyses physico-chimiques et analyses chimiques et utiliser des instruments analytiques (HPLC, GC-MS) pour soutenir des projets transversaux -           Assurer les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et la saisie de donnée dans le LIMS -          Gérer la documentation incombant à votre poste (WI, tests et traçabilité des résultats...), et soutenir l'enregistrement des produits (marquage CE, approbation FDA). -          Maintenir les protocoles et rapports d'études de stabilité -          Participer à l'organisation du laboratoire analytique, y compris la commande de consommables, l'étalonnage et la qualification des équipements de laboratoire -          Contribuer au développement et à la validation des méthodes analytiques en rédigeant des protocoles, en exécutant et en traitant les données   VOTRE PROFIL :   ?                    CFC ou bachelor en chimie avec une expérience de minimum sur un poste similaire ?                    Expérience HPLC et GC idéalement ?                    Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Windows et Office. ?                    Parler français et bon niveau d'anglais (rédactionnel mais également parlé pour des prises de paroles)  


Relocation Manager

For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned international company, we are looking for a Relocation Manager to join them as soon as possible.   Your responsabilities:   Relocation - Facilitate the entire relocation process (in & out) with various providers and coordination of temporary/permanent accommodation upon arrival - Complete review of leases before submission to Legal department - Provide continuous support to employees during their assignment in Geneva - Act as central point of contact for the real estate agencies and landlords for issues or queries that require HQ involvement or decision   Administration - Manage company apartments (allocation, new leases, terminations, etc.) - Check and reconcile year-end utilities (heating recaps) for flats - Manage incoming physical mail and local storage for leases and employee files   Finance & Reporting - Prepare and control monthly payroll instructions for rent/housing and schooling support provided to eligible employees - Provide the "Operating Leases" report to Finance on a monthly basis - Handle invoicing process ) - Cross-charge relocation costs to the relevant cost centers on a monthly basis   Your profile : - You have minimum 2 years of experience in managing global mobility (experience from multinational organisations is a plus) - You are at ease with financial reportings - You are a confident MS Office user (SAP HR is beneficial) - Fluent in English and French is a must - Knowledge of the Geneva housing market would be an asset - You are organized, detail oriented and you manage priorities well - You are digitally adept and have a keen eye for the future ways of working.
